Maharashtrian Thali
A complete Maharashtrian meal featuring a curated selection of regional dishes — dal, bhaji, bhakri, rice, pickle, papad, and sweet. Our thali showcases the diversity of Maharashtrian vegetarian cooking, offering a wholesome, balanced dining experience at NMKB's Mumbaaayi.
Vada Pav
Mumbai's iconic street burger — a crispy, spiced potato fritter (vada) tucked into a soft bread roll (pav) with tangy chutneys and fried green chillies. Our Vada Pav captures the authentic taste of Mumbai's roadside stalls, bringing a true piece of the city to Calgary.
Puranpoli
